These terms apply to any booking or request made via jelledk.be or direct contact with DJ Jelle DK, a sole proprietorship based in Hasselt, Belgium. By submitting a request or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
A request via the contact form is non-binding and does not yet constitute a booking. A booking is only final after explicit confirmation from both parties, for example via email or a signed quote. Prices are determined per request based on event type, location, duration and requirements.

DJ Jelle DK provides the musical programming for the event to the best of his ability, taking into account wishes discussed in advance. Technical requirements (sound, power, space) are communicated ahead of the event via a technical rider. The client provides a suitable venue and power supply, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of force majeure (illness, accident, extreme weather, and other circumstances beyond DJ Jelle DK's control), an equivalent replacement will be sought where possible. If this isn't possible, any amount already paid will be refunded, with no right to further compensation.
DJ Jelle DK is not liable for damage resulting from circumstances beyond his control, nor for indirect damage. In any case, DJ Jelle DK's liability is limited to the amount of the agreed fee for the relevant event.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where DJ Jelle DK is established.
